Darling, You Wrote Something Wonderful

My diploma film was created as my graduation project at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. It was first exhibited at Dschungel Wien in Vienna’s MuseumsQuartier and was also on view in the exhibition Brotlos at Wien Museum MUSA in 2024.

The video draws attention to the often invisible labor women perform in the literary and cultural fields. Based on a series of in-depth interviews, the work also incorporates the stories of my own grandmothers, exploring how caring for others shaped the course of their lives.
